Become a Junior AmeriCorps Member

The Project YES! Jr. AmeriCorps program provides an opportunity for highschool juniors, seniors ,and college students to become AmeriCorps members in order to provide education, mentorship, and service activities to school age children at local non-for-profit organizations in Chicago.

Minimum Applicant Requirements

– Be at least 17 years of age
– Be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident

Compensation and Benefits

– Living Stipend of $1,200
– $1,252 Education Award given upon completion of the service
– Invaluable training and experience
